Express implantation

Trans-gingival or express implantation is the low-invasive method designed to restore lost teeth within the shortest possible time!

You come edentate and go with the teeth in place!

By conventional dental implantation the doctor first makes a gingival incision and elevates a flap to expose the bone tissue at the implant installation point and then place the implant and sutures. In 3-6 months, after the implant retention the gum is incised once again for the gingival adapter insertion, with the abutment to follow in 2 weeks and the implant crown being fabricated.

Express implantation is performed without gum incision and subsequent sutures – the implant is introduced in a trans-gingival way, through a microscopic hole in the gum with the immediate placement of the gingival adapter.
